The average list price of the homes currently available for sale in Prospect CT is $321,663. The average days on market for these homes is 135 days.

 

There are currently 5 homes under contract in Prospect CT. The average list price for these homes is $365,332 with an average day on market of 226 days.

 

There were 7 closings in Prospect CT in July. They ranged from a 1,170 Sq ft 2-bedroom ranch needing TLC, which sold for $120,000 to a 2,656 sq ft 3 bedroom, which sold for $450,000. Average sales price for the sold properties was $261,700 with average days on market of  74.

Andrea, I may not always comment on them, but I do find them interesting

Carole, when i first saw that photo of that house, I thought it was a plan view rendering as everything looked too perfect, but as it was built in 2005, it had to be a built home. It was the mid value sold in Prospect in July, 2011

George, I must confess, I scraped then from the listings and just removed the MLS detail.

Barbara, they have a great deal to gain, but they have to at least come out.
