In this volatile Real Estate market it is important to understand the many facets of this changing market, appraisers begin to pen this (2015) market as a upswing Real Estate market, with the ability to increase the appraisal by .3/4 per month of last comparable sale. When choosing a Realtor/Broker keep in mind the many attributes that bring in expertise, short sales, foreclosures, REO’s and the continuing straight forward Multiple listing sales. I have experience in every market, in every condition.

Call me for advice in each and every area of today’s Real Estate market.

It's a good thing these auctioneers don't mind being "filmed" doing their job.  Just be careful waving that thing around in front of the police!

Public area, public auction, public knowledge, seems to me they would want to be filmed for proof of judicial auction. I have 600+ auctions filmed. The police? I'd say it would be the same, wouldn't they want to be filmed? Unless they are doing something wrong. Social unrest, civil disobedience? Is this England? Are we worried about flash mobs on Maui? My god the hostage stand off took days. In Oakland it been over with within the hour. Lucky We Live Hawaii! Maui NO Ka Oi!
