The district operates 27 Elementary Schools, 6 middle schools, 5 high schools, and 7 special schools and programs.  The district serves the cities of Orange, Villa Park, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Yorba Linda and Silverado.  Over half of these school have been recognize as California Distinguished Schools.
