My Short sale closed today after 120 days and 3 extensions. Turns out it is a good deal for my client and they had the patience and the ability to wait it out. Most others would have given up after 45 days...too bad the banks make it so hard to get Short Sales done..there has to be an easier way to do this..so if you are thinking about putting in an offer on a short sale..realize it could happen..some time..maybe 4 months from now..

short sale differ from bank to bank, the fastest short sale i got done was with gmac. If your buyer really wants the property he/she will wait it out. I have deal with boa but the buyer is so patient, i which i had more buyers like him.
