So you got a new listing or you have a great plan for investors or perhaps you found a commercial fixer upper that would be perfect for an investment group. STOP! You may kill your business.

Why? The real product for successful Realtors is not Real Estate! The Real Product is YOU. Sell your clients on YOU first and they wiill trust you to help them fine their Real Estate needs. A long time ago someone shared a wisdom with me that I have tried to live by: PEOPLE DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE.

So go out there and show your community what an incredible person you are and you will find when they have a real estate need they will reach out to their friend.
