Foreclosures in Nashville Tennessee, Investing for Retirement

Foreclosures are EVERYWHERE...and when thinking about retirement one really needs to think about investing FOR your retirement. If you have children..why not leave them a rental property or by a piece of land that will have an extreme return over the next 20 to 30 years. Lets face it, social security is ??? well, what is it anyway? We will never know because it is a thing of the past that will not benefit us what so ever.

The "deals" are out there and you need a Real Estate Agent to find those deals before anyone else does. We have the benefit of being able to capture a new listing within seconds it's posted and believe me the deals do not stay on the market long. Days ago there was a bank owned property I was interested in. It sold after 10 days of being on the market and because I live right down the street from it I was able to preview it before it went on the MLS. Needless to say I waited to long and it was contracted after only being on the market for 10 days. The old saying, "You snooze you loose" is oh- so accurate!

If you are interested in investing for your retirement with Real Estate... Invest or retire in Nashville!

Hey Heather! I travel through Mobile all the time when heading to Florida. Next time I go through where would you suggest I stop in at?

Jennifer, I just drove through Nashville on the way to Atlanta from Michigan. I have heard a little about Nashville, but I don't sing, so I think I shouldn't live there.

Ethan,

You have got to be kidding me...right? You think Nashville is a place where you must sing in order to call it home?;0)

Okay...For starters you should read my blog about visiting Nashville. If you like music....Music City is the place to be honey!

I   ....<----------------------- Was born and raised here...and I LOVE IT!

....So....The next time you plan to "drive through" Nashville, consider calling me in advance and I will take you out on the town!
