It use to be you would go home and check your mail...once a day...that was it. I admit, I love checking the mail. I just keep
waiting for that million dollar gift check someone mails me!
Now, with e-mail, I find myself checking for mail WAY too often. I leave my screen on Outlook. I glance every now and then to see if anyone needed to contact me. I am disappointed when the screen is still blank.
This is sad...I gotta get a life!

I do the very same thing . . . call it the curse of living in the modern age! ;-)
So true - I too am trying to get away from checking emails so often - I say that everyday and then I find myself back in the email checkout line still too much during the day.
I don't worry so much about E-Mail, it is the Ar site that I keeps close tabs on.

I do the same thing and I recently purchased an Ipad so now it is worse. We are in a 24/7 type of business, or at least that is how I justify it!

Oh yes, Outlook is the always opened first and is always the last thing closed!
And smartphones make walking through Walmart a distraction! I should probably clock on connection time... then I might pull away some!
