Residential Sales Statistics for Beautiful Estes Park, Colorado ! While the majority of people have always felt that Estes Park is a little pricey for their blood, I think it is time to reconsider. While it is easy to dip into the high $500,000's for a amazing spread out there, you can clearly see that the median price has leveled out this quarter at $300,000.00. For Estes Park, Colorado - this is fantastic pricing if you are wanting to buy up there.
Secondly, I am currently working with a out of state Buyer looking to buy a vacation home in that area - to be his future retirement home.
