I call the Top Producer CRM tech support line pretty often when I can't figure out some of their non-intuitive functions. I really should keep track of my questions as a basis for evaluating the functionality of my next choice of Realtor CRM system. I give Top Producer the benefit of the doubt and assume it's a user malfunction rather than a design flaw.
Often their answer is "that's a good idea, we'll tell management to include it in a future release." That must be a mandatory sign hung in their cubicles.
Can't Do That
The other day I called them asking how I can get the property name to show up next the contact name in a basic view. I got the usual answer; "Can't do that."

After a few minutes of discussing possibilities of workarounds the tech guy simply said their developers don't think like Realtors.
That I already knew.
