Barns Tell Many Stories
One of the things I love about our little town of Leipers Fork is the way it seeps into the heart of everyone who visits. Many a "tourist" has driven through the countryside, oohing and ahhing at the the rolling pastures of beautiful equestrian estates and decided to stay. In fact I'm one of them!
And why shouldn't you want to stay? As my clients can attest, home values are much, much less than many states (especially CA, AZ, FL etc.). There's no income tax. And, property taxes are incredibly low (in one case 1/10 of what my client was paying in FL!).

Liepers Fork, Tennessee is another favorite part of the country that I enjoy visiting. There are miles of beautiful country estates that line the countryside of Liepers Fork. Many celeberties live there and enjoy their equestrian lifestyle. Liepers Fork is continuously beautiful with stained four board fencing. The fencing goes for miles. A favorite time for me is in the early morning. The mist of fog hovers over the estates and is just beautiful. A BARN is a common factor for each residents. This beauty is for sale at this time. It has several acres that come with it. There is a loft apartment in the barn with a pretty patio to enjoy.Beautiful property.
