As our market gets tougher and tougher taking care of our health becomes as important as ever. Bored with gym workouts I joined Bay Area Boot Camp. Our group meets at a local park 6:30-7:30 am. I chose to participate MWF but it goes five days a week. Our coach mixes it up so nothing is predictabel about the workouts. While I am the oldest in our group I am getting so much benefit from participating I wanted to share it with you all. Using your body in "space and time" rather that on a gym machine is so satisfying. plus the teaching/support and encouragement of a coach and co-campers is priceless. Core strenthening and cardio benefits are experienced. I can't say enough about it! And I am NO jock! Just wanted to get the word out there as there are so few baby boomer's out there besides me and yet it is so worthwhile!
