What’s Behind Door Number 3? – It’s the Garage!

The other day, one of my associates of the other gender noted that NONE of HIS associates of the other gender included inside photos of the garage in the MLS.

I’m positive both men and women agents omit interior photos of these humble, hardworking, utilitarian buildings.  Let’s face it, often they aren’t that well lit nor are they THAT “attractive”. Most have concrete floors and four walls. 

I park my car in mine and I love it for that, especially in winter.

Now, if you ask my husband about that same structure, he will point out to you that he has plenty of room for all of our stuff, necessary stuff like power tools and lawn tools.  He has shelving on which to place more stuff and hangers to hang stuff and extra lighting and outlets for working in there. 

The garage is his domain.  It even has a wood stove to keep him warm while he works in winter. 

He cleans it, organizes it and loves it.

I’m fortunate to represent several homes that actually have a garage (while many homes in the greater Red Feather Lakes area don’t) and THREE of them are in Glacier View Meadows.  I do feel badly for not showcasing them properly. I apologize to the garages and all garage lovers across the land....
