Ok I am one of those people who hates to diet! So when I need to loose weight quickly for a vacation or a wedding coming up, I have done what is called the mayo clinic diet. It is a very simple diet. No carbs except the 8oz of (not from concentrate) grapefruit juice you drink after breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the am you eat eggs cheese bacon, all you want. Then 8oz of the grapefruit juice. Lunch, salad with meat cheese and all the dressing you want again the 8oz of juice. Dinner veggies and meat followed by the juice. It will shred the weight off of you but there is no cheating on this diet! Google mayo clinic diet for more details and good luck!!
