#4 Continually fight fires, the manager is only involved when problems happen




#5 Management culture is not focused on the TRUE customer




#6 Failure to have or enforce production standards and the company standards are established by the lowest producer




#7: Reactive vs. Proactive Behavior, allowing Top L.O.’s to slip into a funk




#8: Inconsistent in Recruiting and Hiring activities




#9: Assume L.O.’s will figure things out the same way you did




#10: Failure to prune the bush, hanging on to low producing L.O.’s for too long.
