big mama home by any stretch of the imagination, but it is more practical and bigger than a car and will save on gas mileage way better. The floor plan with its vaulted ceilings make this a nice vacation home or quaint home for a small family. Now, with it's proximiity to Casa Grande, Arizona where all the hub bub has started over the huge economic commerce center that will be erected in 2012 called Phoenix Mart, this might just be a great investment home. Who knows? I have no crystal ball, but what I do know is 300 investors are coming into build this thing which they predict could bring around 8000 new jobs to the area. We shall see.
