Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. A time for family, visiting and eating!!!!! As the air turns crisp and the leaves turn to beautiful yellows, oranges and greens, I am filled with anticipation... It is time to make plans and this year my family is traveling to New England for the Thanksgiving holiday... looking forward to shopping in Sandwich the day after Thanksgiving and visiting Plymouth with my daughter during our visit. And yes, I will be bringing some down home Southern cuisine to my Yankee relatives. Cornbread anyone????
On Saturday I received my Nov/Dec issue of Yankee Magazine.. My wonderful Yankee mother-in-law Diane, gives me a subscription every year. This issue was filled with ideas for holiday decorating that copied with a few minor adjustments. My daughter, Abigail and I had a great time getting into the holiday spirit. This is my own home and I wanted to share this with all my new friends on AR and to wish you all a very Early Happy Thanksgiving...
