Ann, wow that's quite a change for 2010 to 2011. All the numbers are moving in the right direction except for the DOM's. The homes in the photos are not what I'm used to seeing in Alabama...I really like them alot...they remind me of homes in Kansas City, MO.

I too love the style of the homes, gorgeous. We have a few neighborhoods like that in the Portland area, I've always been a fan. The prices are sure a lot more affordable than those in Portland though, and Clark County.

Looks like a neighborhood worth checking out...I even like their logo.
