I called my go to home inspector yesterday to set up an appointment for an inspection. It was a rush job as usual. I have been using him for years. He has always been able to accommodate my clients. He said no to a certain date. I had a hard time getting a spot on his calendar. He told me that he had the busiest week of his carer last week. That is very good news for him! Little indicators that the market are coming back are everywhere.

I have arrived at a property to have an agent and their buyers still looking. 

It is hard to get a reasonable time at the title company. 

Foreclosures are slowing down

Bargains are under contract in a week.

Realtors are in good moods.

I have had lots of showings on my listings. 

Grand Junction real estate is on the move again. Yea!
