200 West End Avenue New York, NY has a variety of residences, from alcove studios to larger 3 bedroom penthouse condominiums.  Every apartment in the building was designed for spacious layouts.  Alcove studio's started in size at approximately 600 sq ft, 1 Bedrooms in size of 700 to 950 sq ft, 2 bedrooms in sizes of 1,300 to 1,700 sq ft, and 3 bedrooms in sizes of 1,600 to 2,200 sq ft.  Many of the apartments, especially the penthouses have outdoor terraces that further create a dramatic entertaining and leisurely experience. 

Apartments at 200 West End Avenue have floor to ceiling windows, taking advantage of both Hudson River views and fantastic Manhattan city skyline views.  The higher floors at 200 West End Avenue really take advantage of the dramatic Upper West Side views in all directions.  The finishes at 200 West End Avenue include floors made of a Brazilian Cabreuva hardwood.  Kitchens included Absolute Balack granite counterops, Viking appliances, well appointed cabinetry, and marble back splashes.  The bathrooms included Wateworks fixtures, Zuma tubs, marble tile throughout, and custom vanities.  Each apartment has its own washer/dryer, further enhancing the convenience of these luxurious apartments.

The amenity package is quite extensive at 200 West End Avenue.  The full time doorman and 24 hour concierge services provided by Abigail Michaels create a hotel like feel.  A fitness room including top of the gym equipment, along with a children's playroom designed by Peter Sis, a wine tasting room designed by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, a garage, bicycle and storage rooms, outdoor common elements, and live in super round out the building's amenities.

There is also a street level,  approximately 25,000 sq ft retail space that was just recently sold.

Initial pricing for alcove studios range from $655,000 to $751,000, one-bedroom units range in price from $865,000 to $1,199,000, two-bedroom units range in price from $1,525,000 to $2,275,000, and three-bedroom units start at about $2,624,000.
