Virtual Tour for Tom Martino's Troubleshooter Real Estate Network

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Hot Shots Digital (HotShotPros.com)

When we received a call by Tom Martino's Troubleshooter network, I was immediately thinking to myself... "UH-OH, what did I do!?" "We've had no problem customers, and in fact we've had testimonials from 99% of our virtual tour and marketing clients!"  The call was actually a great one, and we are proud to say that we are the Virtual Tour Company that is now "Referred by Tom Martino, the Troubleshooter."

Mike Bassett, Tom's producer for the Troubleshooter show, is a big part of the new Troubleshooter Real Estate Referral Network and we were honored to have been able to produce the first of many virtual tours for him here in Colorado.

Thanks Jennifer!  The only thing that keeps getting big around here is my waistline... lol!  Business has been much better though, and it's awesome to finally see the sweat and tears that have gone into this over the last 4 1/2 years, start bearing fruit.

How is biz in your area?  The market reports seem to be a bit slow but at the same time fairly steady, is that what you're seeing?

Yes- that's true, slow and steady.  Prices seem to be levelling out, if not slight increasing.  But inventory is LOW!!  I have buyers who cannot find homes because they don't seem to be on the market.  I'm also seeing an increase in "dream" pricing (pricing way above market value for some unknown reason).
