Hi Scotti. It sounds like you have a healthy balanced market there. I'd expect that river is a tributary to the Mississipi, so I'm looking at the bank and wondering how high the water gets. Doesn't look alarming though.

Robert- It is a very healthy market, as a whole and yes, the Ouachita River runs directly into the Mississippi. We had somewhat of a scare with the river getting to record heights back in May, but it had been over 80 years since it had gotten that bad.
