Krystal, the ground is useable and the grasses are more lush because of being right at the base of the Wet Mountain range. Thanks for the comment.
Kelly, this ranch is certainly a Colorado ranch with those fantastic views. I like how you shared pictures of it in various seasons. It is an easy drive especially for those in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Kelly, what a beautiful gentleman's ranch indeed. If I were lucky enough to live there, I don't think I would ever leave. The views are breath taking year round and the wildlife....... what a wonderful, wonderful place.
