Fieldstone Farms Community Garage Sale, Fall 2011

Real Estate Agent with Reliant Realty

It is already almost that time again!

The Fieldstone Farms Community Garage Sale is a huge event, attended by many shoppers both local, and from outlying counties (not to mention out of state)! This community sale is held rain or shine. So come prepared no matter the weather.

Scheduled for Saturday, September 17, 2011 it is just around the corner..

Start polishing the goods, don't forget your Yard Sale Permit , price tags and plenty of energy!

Get your Permit Form Here . You can mail it in, or better yet, go to City Hall in downtown Franklin.

Stop by, you might find a treasure, that long searched for trinket, or special piece for your home. Bring the truck, bring the trailer, and your most comfortable walking shoes. It's always a great day!

Lori, I love these annual garage sales. Definitely a way to pick up a lot of good finds.

I'm a first timer.  I can't wait.  I hear so many exciting stories about the finds.

For my first apartment, and then my first house, I furnished my place literally, from things I found and bought at garage sales. I used to say my decorating style was "early attic" :)

Short and sweet but neat local event you are splashing, being Paul Revere about as your blog post circles the internet. The best stuff is in the swankiest neighborhoods... their expensive trash is the hillbily's treasure.
