I've spent much of my time lately trying to figure out how exactly to continue to be a top producer in this crazy market today. It's just not easy!! There have been many ups and downs throughout my escrow career in Arizona over the last 18 years or so... slow times, incredibly busy times, times where we have to get a "new angle" to increase our biz and so on. There just hasn't been another time to compare to this! If you are like many in this business today, like me, you don't have the luxury of REO accounts or HUD accounts or auction accounts, etc., and you just need to make it by pulling up your "big girl pants" and putting yourself out there. Then you just hope you can pick up that client that you are cold calling on - that they might see that difference in you that you hope they see and decide to give you a shot. Here's what I say... hang in there!! If you are a great Realtor, Lender, etc in this market today and you are still here after the last 3 years... you must be doing something right! This market will change again, and the good old fashioned way of getting business via your exemplary customer service and hard work will be back in style.
