Lakefront properties in Sumner County, Tennessee

Lake-front properties are still HOTT in Sumner County, Tennessee. Whether you are buying or selling they DON'T stay on the market long. Most homes in this area that are selling quick are the ones in distress. Believe it or not you can buy a lake-front property WITH A DOCK here for UNDER 400,000. You can purchase one with a view or without a dock for under 300,000. A dock usually constitutes the price being jacked up at least 50-100k. With that said I would encourage anyone thinking about investing in the Nashville and surrounding counties to consider Sumner County for the sake of Old Hickory Lake. Old Hickory Lake is a nice lake to be on in the Summer. In the fall the foliage around here is absolutely breath taking especially if you move here from California.

Right now....this very second... there are 48 homes for sale featuring Lake-front!! Out of these 48 homes there are 32 WITH A DOCK starting as low as 385,000!!

A lake-view home (updated) without a dock of course... starts as low as 195,000!!

I don't know about you but I DO KNOW Lake-view and Lake-front homes are valued higher than others and would be a great investment! Not many people buy and rent but I must say I sold one over a year ago(lake-front, no dock) for under 300k and it is being rented.

If you are thinking about the Hendersonville, Gallatin, Hermitage, or Old Hickory area for Lake-front or Lake-view properties I would be more than elated to assist you in this journey!
