Jennifer, Our market is doing well. I get a lot of feedback on the weekly neighborhood features. THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN! As long as they love it, I will keep on featuring our subdivisions.
Candy, I love the homes as well. I rode through the neighborhood and just looked at the new construction and I am excited to see how to development will progress.
Nicholas Ridge is another great new community in Madison County. It is a new subdivision located in the Hazel Green area. The community features full brick homes with tons of amenities. Interiors of these gorgeous homes feature vaulted ceilings, extensive crown molding, recessed lighting, and gourmet kitchens. Exterior features include sodded yards, sprinkler systems, architectural shingles, two and three car attached garages, and covered porches.
