The Menu When You Are Hungry At Your Local Restaurant, Your Real Estate Website Should Feed The Hunger Too.

You know the feeling, your stomach's fuel guage has pegged out way down low and "feed me, feed me" whine - like Seymour voice is echoing in the back of your head.

maine real estate website screen shot  Your Maine real estate website opening screen shot should hit the on line property listing buyer the same way the menu at your local favorite diner, eatery does.

You know the feeling as you slide in to the cold shiny vinyl booth. Crank your head around, checking the new surroundings out.

Like when you hit a new place to try out, finding a way to end the blinking "empty" glowing light on the food conveyor console internal dashboard.

Similiar to a restaurant menu, it can be too cluttered, the images and type not in harmony let alone what is offered for dining fare selections.

Does your Maine real estate website make the mouth water, have "let's eat"  written all over it? Something for everyone for real estate buyer and seller resources? A real estate blog component? Is it ABC easy with videos for the Maine real estate buyer to just toggle, sit back and watch, listen? A Maine mls property listings portal to search the entire length of Vacationland from the rock bound coastal communities and from the southern tip of Kittery to Fort Kent ME ?

Aerial maps, helpful links, and showcased properties, area events are what the guy or gal opening up the front page "menu" should be able to get excited about.

As they adjust to where you put the good stuff they are after, that you are some kind of excited, passionate about to show and tell. With consistency so frequency, return of the on line real estate buyer happens. And so Maine real estate sellers can imagine their property listing packaged, promoted the same way. And to avoid confusion, uncertainty, have a FAQ Maine real estate website corner, space so quick, easy, helpful answers to the same questions that come up every day by other buyers can be covered, addressed.

Gita ... Thanks. It took lots of thought about what needs to be in there, how to arrange it, make it not pretty but functional. Not flashy but helpful. Delivering something to "eat" and graze on when folks need to put on the property listing feed bag. It better be in there without sending the surfer here, there and everywhere. Or the buyer will find someone that offers a portal with the neon sign that does.
