If you have not been to Northwest Trek Wildlife Park located less than an hour from Olympia, then I highly suggest it. It will not only keep your kids entertained but the whole family as well. I recently discovered on their website www.northwesttrek.org a coupon for $4 off admission for the next few weeks which is an added bonus. Northwest Trek is involved with saving endangered species as well and promoting green practices such using energy efficient lighting and recycling and composting. This is a great way to see animals in close to their natural habitat all while supporting conservation. If you don''t want to take the walking tour, a tram tour is available with a narrator to educate you along the way. This is a great family adventure less than an hour away from our wonderful city of Olympia!
