Here are some questions to ask before you hire:
Are you a Full-Time Agent? We feel selling real estate in todays market is not for the part-timer or hobbyist..plain and simple!
Do you live in the local area? We feel hiring an out of area agent is like hiring a dentist to do your taxes! Don't do it!
How Many Homes Have You Sold in the Past 6-12 months? Asking for a track record will show you the agressive nature of your Realtor. Proof is in the numbers!
What was the average days on market? This makes a difference. If your agents listings take longer to sell than the average number of days on market be sure to ask questions and get details on the circumstances
Were any of these Standard Sales? Most homes are short sales. Standard Sales can be tricky in this market. Get testimonials of the Standard Sales while interviewing.
What is Your Marketing Campaign? An agressive Agent has an agressive marketing campaign. Get details and get examples.
Ask for testimonials. A good agent keeps records and keeps in touch with previous clients.
