Brian and I are celebrating our 18th year Wedding Anniversary the first week of September and we just found out that our kids are spending this weekend with their grandparents!!!
We have scheduled our upcoming Home Inspections for next week and Brian is finishing up a Kitchen Remodel job with our General Contractor company today (hopefully), and we haven't made any plans for our anniversary.
Living in Temecula and Southern California provides us with so many opportunities, we just can't decide and are afraid we've waited to the last minute! That's why we need your suggestions.
We have thought about going to the "Missing Persons" concert at the Monte De Oro winery this Saturday.
We both grew up in the 80's and loved their music. I'm sure many of you remember this album cover and the awesom voice of Dale Bozzio.
We can also go the a Blues and Bluegrass concert at the Weins Winery tonight, bring a picnic and beach chairs and enjoy the music!
Those are only one night and we have the WHOLE weekend!!! I have heard about Kyacking in Mission Bay, San Diego and would love to do that one afternoon. Does anyone have any further information or experience with renting a kyack in San Diego?
We love the outdoors and I like to hike, but Brian likes to fish! We thought about camping somewhere locally for two nights where we can fish and hike.
Unfortunately we haven't had much time to plan because we just found out that we would be enjoying the weekend alone without our kids. We are up for any suggestions....Oh, it has to be affordable also. This could be a challenge!
