Boulder County Real Estate - Who is Number 1?

louisville

Money Magazine has voted Louisville, Co as the number one best place to live in the country!  This isn't the first time Louisville has received this designation from Money Magazine.

To residents of Louisville, this repeat of the designation doesn't come as any surprise.  There is just something special about Downtown Louisville beyond all of the sunshine and its proximity to Boulder and Denver.  There is a real seance of community in Louisville, which is absent from its surrounding communities.  People love to live in Louisville, but they also love doing business and socializing in Downtown Louisville.

The summer "Friday Nights" which occurs downtown in Louisville is a huge draw for vendors and residents as well.  Such a great time to get out, locally, meet your neighbors, enjoy your community and.....be entertained by top-tame entertainers.  Over the past couple of years alone, a number of local restaurants have either expanded their ability to provide "outdoor/patio-style" seating or figured out how to add such sought-after seating.

Louisville is making strides in the job market too;  would-be professionals are pleasantly surprised by Louisville's vast resource of technology, aerospace, telecom, clean energy, medical and health care opportunities.

The real estate market in Louisville is alive and healthy in Louisville.  Home values are not only holding steady, the values are steadily increasing.

Vickie,

Congratulations on Louisville's new notch in their belt.  Louisville sounds like a great place to live. I love being able to dine outside when the weather allows.  Of course I imagine in CO the weather would be more moderate and you could enjoy these simply pleasures during the summer more.  It is nice to have that warm sense of community to.

Alright Vickie, I'm moving; you convinced me.  One question, does it snow there?  I don't drive so well in ice and snow.

Talk about being right on the Money . . . Magazine!  Great news.  Repeatedly voted is huge and a testimony to a city you love.  And now we know why!  It's a great place to live.
