Organized Garage...A Lot Of Stuff!

Margaret, this is one area where sellers tend to ignore little bit.

When garage is clean, uncluttered, it goes without saying, home is in even much better shape - so easily one can say, ORGANIZED garage with lot of stuff can help sell home.

Margaret, there is organized and there is this organized.  I wonder if it always looked like that or organized for the sake of a sale?

Wow, someone is a neat nik, gotta love those sellers who have everything where it belongs, they are great to work with.

That could be my granddad's garage from decades ago. He was an engineer, although a real engineer, i.e., he drove and worked on train locomotives.

Wow, that is one orgainizaed garage.  Everythiing in its place; it's like a work of art.

I agree with Praful. Usually an organized seller takes great care of the home and more importantly the systems.

Margaret, I've been trying to get organized enough to have a garage sale so that I can work toward having something almost as neat as that!

Do you think that seller can come to my house?  Very impressive!! Everything has a place, everything in it's place!  I bet they don't waste money buying 2 or 3 of something because they can't find the one they have!
