Things are looking up!

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Richard Weisser Realty

Things are looking up!There are always reasons for optimism. Despite poor prognostications and constant claims of calamity, the sun rises and sets each day over a relatively orderly world.

Fear can be crippling. How many would-be celebrants missed the Y2K revelry due to dire predictions of chaos and economic collapse?

One needs only to look at the look at their own neighborhoods to came to the conclusion that life goes on pretty much as it always have. There are still lines at the coffee shops and restaurants still deal with the lunch “rush.”

There is no rending of garments or gnashing of teeth as toppings are heaped on frozen yogurt that is sold by the ounce.

Next year is an election year. Traditionally this leads to more positive trends in the economy.

Things are looking up, and I for one am gearing up for a great 2012

I was not elated with 2011 real estate activity on my part, certainly has been a disappointing year for several reasons.  I have already began my 2012 marketing and know that the foundation I pave today will turn into results next year.  We are really beginning positive trends with 17% foreclosure decline just reported for our area in today's newspaper.  It begins with consumer confidence and hopefully freshened leadership in our country.
