Prudential Verani Realty Annual Coat Drive

By
Real Estate Agent with Prudential Verani Realty

The annual coat driveby Prudential Verani Realty has begun and will continue until December 15th.

Each year our company, Prudential Verani Realty, holds a coat drive in order to benefit local charitable organizations. The Epping office located on Route 125 next door to Wendy's will be donating their collected items to Rockingham County Services a local charity servicing the seacoast area. The company wide goal is to collect 10,000 coats of all sizes for your neighbors in need. Hats, gloves, mittens, scarves and boots are also appreciated. So when you are cleaning out your closets this fall, please bring us your unwanted cleancoats or call us and we'll make arrangements to get them from you. If you need more information, please contact our Epping office at 603-679-5654. Thank you for helping us exceed our goal.

Thanks for stopping by jay. This is a great cause and such an easy way to help people in need. We sometimes don't realize how many among us are so close to poverty and that something as simple as a jacket or coat can make a diffrence between someone staying warm this winter or freezing.

Hey Moni,

The Epping office has a head start this year and we have a great coordinator in our office - Shannon Reddy-Hughes. She got us started in the right direction last year and we kept up with the big offices til the end (we finished 3rd) I think the whole company has a great outlook on this years drive with just finishing "Exterme make over home edition" we are feeling the volunteer and help your neighbor spirit. The race is on and may the office with the most heart win.

Judy,

At the end all that really matters is all those that we help keep warm this winter.

I can't wait to watch the NH extreme makeover in January....I heard the house came out awesome.

BTW...you don't seem to be singed in when commenting??

You are right Monika, the end result is that more people will have the gear they need to keep warm this winter.

I saw the house on the outside and it is lovely.

Thanks for the tip.

One of the Bedford admins actually knows a member of the family and is hoping to get invited to the home once things settle down. My daughter told me she was reading a list of all the family received and it was quite extensive including free medical and dental care for the family for the next year, a car, scholarships for the kids college, mortgage payoff & on and on

Danielle - Good to hear from you. We run this coat drive every year and increase our goal and exceed it each year. I'm waiting to see how it goes this year with an aggressive goal of 10,000 coats and so many people hurting financially. I think we'll do it and prove that people are, despite the circumstances, willing to give.
