Out of the box brand new video operators are going to make some wobbly, long drawn out not so connected, engaging videos. But you have to start somewhere, have training wheels and not being able to leave the marketing yard until the learning curve plains out. Editing is one big must and avoiding the Johhny One Time talk talk talk without really knowing the point of the video. Way too many of those that may entertain the agent, but they don't do the "home deliveries" the buyer of real estate wants, needs. Will get from someone else in your neighborhood who shoots, edits, renders, uploads real deal videos for local area events, the property individual listings.
