Cartridge World USA in Norwalk CT 06854 was referred to me by a very dear friend a few months ago.   This friend told me that I would save a lot of money by refilling my printer ink cartridges there.  

I went to get my ink cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8500 filled a few months ago.   I have been enjoying the thought of saving lots of money on my ink cartridges.

Cartridge World USA in Norwalk CT is a very pleasant place to shop, and makes one feel as though you are THE local person they have dealt with for years and years, even though it might be the first time you entered the shop.   It is a very friendly and welcoming shop to enter.    My first experience could not have been better, and I felt like I was on the way to a long lasting nice business relationship.    I actually was very excited about my new discovery!  I had stockpiled my ink cartridges, so as not to need to rush down again soon.

Several months have passed, and I began to have a few issues with the new ink cartridges.   They were telling my printer they were empty and they were not!  

I called the shop, and the next day - in the morning!  I had the owner, Greg O'Neill knocking on my door to see if he could help.  He spent an hour showing me everything about the printer, how to know when the cartridges were really empty, why the printer didn't believe me when I had changed the for my printer.   Most businesses use a lot of ink in their day to day business operations, and I am no different.   My real estate business needs to print listings out daily for clients, and we need to print beautiful brochures for our listing clients, etc.cartridge, helped us with my husband's computer (it needed a restart in order to communicate with the printer again), etc.  

By the time he left to return to Cartridge World USA to begin his workday in Norwalk, CT, we had exchanged business cards, and had exchanged a lot of information about blogging.   I know I will always use his ink cartridges, and I will always refer any friends or colleagues to his business.   I will be a fortunate person if he feels the same way.
