Real Estate Investor & Landlord Expo (Philadelphia, PA)
Tomorrow (Thursday, 8/25/11) is the big Annual Trade Show & Expo for Landlords & Real Estate Investors around the Philadelphia region.
This show is being put together by Diversified Investors Group (DIG) and it 
will be HUGE! There will be a focus on beginner AND experienced investors and landlords at this show, so everyone walks away with valuable information and great contacts!

1) Several “How To” Stations in the Main Ballroom including:
Learn to install and repair a toilet by Roto Rooter. They will have an actual toilet and stand available with wax rings so you can install the toilet yourself! Master Plumbers will be on hand to demonstrate. They will also teach simple repairs for those pesky leaky toilets and have a demonstrations on unclogging drain lines as well.

Change locks with Kwikset. Another partner with Home Depot on hand to show you the latest in lock technologies and how to change them out quickly to get those new tenants in!

Install your own Intercom system or Burglar alarm system. DSD Security Systems will demonstrate how to install your own burglar alarm system to communicate with their network. Windows & Trim with Northeast Building Products. Professional window installers will teach you about window installation and trim.
