First Day of School is just a few weeks away.

School Starts September 8th, 2011 for PS 9 at 100 West 84th Street in the Upper West Side.

Below is the list of supplies for the incoming First Grade Class:

All Materials have been asked to be marked with your child's name

• A backpack large enough to fit a couple of notebook's and a home reading book bag ( Please no back packs with wheels)
• 2 composition notebooks
• 1 sturdy homework folder
• 8 two pocket folders-2 blue, 1 purple, 1 orange, 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 white
• 12 sharpened pencils
• 4 pink erasers

Wish List (appreciated but not necessary)

• 1 roll of scotch tape
• Post its
• Glue sticks or liquid glue
• 2 tissue boxes
• 1 hand sanitizer
• 2 paper towels
• Masking or packaging tape
