Where are you from?
I was born in South Florida and lived there until I was about 15 years of age; my dad and mom decided to make the move with me and my brother to Colorado for the lifestyle change and have lived here loving it ever since. Having lived in Boulder County for the last 18 years I am considered an expert in all our real estate markets.
How long have you been in the Real Estate business and where did you get your start?
With over 17 years of local experience, I have worked at Coldwell Banker, which was a great training tool to the next step - Goodacre & Company in Boulder for over 6 years, to where I am now, Fuller Sotheby's International Realty. Sotheby's allows me to have more of an international presence along with providing me with extensive marketing and researching tools to fully help my buyers and sellers. “I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I am fully devoted to not only meeting, but EXCEEDING all expectations in every transaction, and providing knowledge, service and dedication to every client, while consistently maintaining the utmost level of professionalism and respect.” I graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, which helps my success in every transaction..
What are your long term goals in life and business?
I try to life live to the fullest, focus primarily on my family and being a success within the business markets I'm involved; leave a positive impact to anyone I come in contact with and help influence those that surround me in the best possible ways.
Is there a particular area of Real Estate that you enjoy focusing on more than others?
I can confidently state that I know Colorado very well and possess an immeasurable amount of knowledge of the communities, market trends, and values; enabling me to accommodate any and all buying and selling needs that my clients may have. I have been involved with transactions ranging from $100,000 USD to $100,000,000+ USD; single family residences, estates, ranches and commercial properties and developments. I have been hired contractually to sit as the primary negotiator of commercial and residential deals. My negotiation skills, knowledge and relationships I have with other colleges allows me to succeed where others might not be able to and this gives my clients the edge when we are trying to close
What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children ages 2.5 years and 8 months, exercising and traveling. Shortly before I graduated from the University of Colorado I formed a company, SkySpa Corporation, which details all aircraft ranging in all size from Lear Jet to Global Express; the entire interior and exterior we maintain and restore to new condition bright work, leather, paint, windows, etc. I am currently the President of this company and have 25 employees in Colorado and Texas based at Rocky Mountain Regional, Centennial and Love Field. SkySpa also contractually travels for certain client’s aircraft over the country, i.e. FL, GA, and CA
