Any ideas on websites?

By
Real Estate Agent with ERA The Conderman Group
I am just wondering what companies agents might suggest for my website.  There are some things I would like to change on my current site, but overall I am very pleased with the results.  I had decided earlier that I would analyze the situation at the end of October.  Here comes the end of October and I am looking at a few other options.  So, I would appreciate any suggestions or feedback on any companies.

Hi Mike,

I'm a licensed salesperson in New York and found much satisfaction and flexibility with Myers Internet (www.myersinternet.com). Great templates, content, and ability to add whatever you like. Very user-friendly. Ask for Bob LaForce there.

Thanks,

Tara Lynne

One thing I would do is add your activerain feed to the home page on your website.  This will keep it from being static, it will change as you change your posts and will increase your search engine rankings.

I recommend Birdview for your real estate website, I've had nothing but positive experience with them.

Mike, I have some Myers pages on my web site as well, and worked with Bob Laforce as Tara suggested. Nice guy.

I also read about Point2 on other blogs for web sites, haven't used them my self, but just an idea.

Check out Zowbie Consulting for both the design of and hosting of your website.  Give them a call and they'll be happy to consult with you.  http://www.zowbie.com/contactus.php

The company is built up of industry insiders with a strong background in marketing.  They can provide a custom site or they are affiliated with many top notch vendors such as Point2 and A La Mode.

Note:  Frontpage will take some time to learn, chances are you don't develop a GREAT site...pay a small fee to a company like Zowbie.  Afterall, time is money and I think you'll be surprised at the fees they charge.

I have a website with alamode and think it is very easy to use and reasonably priced. It is template based and I have considered changing to a custom designed site. Alamode's customer service is great by the way.

Mike, I believe if you really wanted to help yourself you might investigate your keywords a little more.  The keywords in your meta tags are pretty generic.  I put up a blog yesterday with some good keyword tools. http://activerain.com/blogsview/246266/How-do-you-find
