My favorite stone rancher is under contract! We found the right buyers for 8820 Greens Lane located in the Fieldstone neighborhood of Randallstown.
These wonderful sellers thought about selling before their beautiful daughter was born.
This is the house about six hours after the Baltimore eathquake. How many people can say they sold a home on this day? I took this photo before presenting the contract last evening.
