Okay, Okay, so all I hear lately is " How is business?", or "I hear that the mortgage business is doomed!" I just want all of you out there to know that things are going great for me right now! (could be better, but nonetheless, business is great) Let me tell you why;
Express Mortgage has been in business since 1998, we are about to celebrate 10 years of being in business. Most of our clients have bought 2 or three homes since then, and have continued to use our company. That is the same with people refinancing also. The reason they keep coming back? Because we treat them like family! Would you overcharge your family? I would hope not! We have a mindset here to treat everyone like family, and give them the best rate, lowest fees and most importantly, exceptional service. This is why they come back and refer their friends and family to us. Because of this, I may not make much money on one deal, but to get 4 or 5 MORE deals from that one! That is the way to keep your business going! There are so many other mortgage brokers out there that I talk to that say, business is sooooo slow! Well, what I want to tell them is, "If you wouldn't have overcharged and spanked the customers you had when times were good, it wouldn't be like this for you!"
I guess I am just blessed to have continued business. I am not going to lie to you, it is definetly slower this month than any month this whole year, but I still have business rolling in daily! What a blessing with everything I hear thru the media on a daily basis. Keep up the hard work out there other real estate professionals and take my advice. - A little bit of money on a lot of small deals is much better than a LOT of money on one little deal!- Trust me ;)
