By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Hot Shots Digital (HotShotPros.com)

This is the first green screen video out of many to come. We'll be doing these for our clients who have had 10+ marketing packages as well

As we're all aware, the landscape has become very complex in the way that Buyers and Sellers search for and find property.
In order to remain competitive, today's agent is forced to utilize a multitude of "One-Dimensional services."

Never before has there been a "One Stop" Solution for an Agent to consolidate all of their marketing efforts into .... Until Now.

By using Digital, Mobile and Traditional Methods in a way that complement each other in a "Full Circle" your potential achievement is maximized.

Whether it's our HI-Definition Virtual Tours, Mobile Real Estate Marketing or even our Custom Graphic Design and Printing for real estate. Our "Full Circle" marketing approach gets the most effective exposure in today's market.

The bottom line is that... it's not just about looking good, which is important... it's about the results, and what works. We cover all of the bases and look forward to being your Virtual Assistant in Real Estate marketing.

Let me know what you think, and what you would have liked to see more of, and I'll make it happen on a future video.

WOW - this is pretty cool stuff.  I am struggling with video and how to use in my marketing.  I think I know how to do it - I just don't seem to get the time to do it.  I will be checking back for more info.  Thanks.

Green screen not used much in our approach as it has always been less agent, broker, more property, local area when it comes to the 500 videos we put in to service. Have one, but more excited about a new jib crane to improve the tours that deliver. Only advice is don't read to get engagement, connection... just know the subject and conversationally see each and every person in the audience and pick one that represents most of them or the niche you are singling out and be warm, genuine. The agent, broker should be the same person when the camera, lights and RE 50 microphone are put away for the day. It's always been about delivering the service, information, not "looking good".

Thanks everyone.  Video is continuing to be a force, and we look forward to doing more like this.  So much fun.

Andrew... Green screen definately has it's place, but is not always the best solution for all.  For instance, you wouldn't haul a ton of rocks with a sportscar... you would use a truck. It's all about what you're trying to do, and deciding the best tool to do so. The same goes for all forms of advertisement... "Find the right tool."

If you don't diversify your marketing efforts, you will have nothing to compare your results to.

For video, it's usually best to do several videos to encompass multiple types of viewing demographics and then view the stats to see which are yielding the best results, and then concentrate on your efforts on those that are most productive.  A good marketing company will perform these tests ritually for you to see what is working best in your market.

It's also important to note that the ways that work today in marketing may not work tomorrow... and this seems to change with the seasons in most markets.

In short, no matter what type of marketing that you are doing, make sure that you are always looking at thge results and have something to compare to with real results.

I hope that this finds you well, and wish you much success!
