Sunshine Farms is a small equestrian neighborhood in Palm City Farms that has wonderfullocation. Actually, it could not be any better because it is within minutes to everything anyone would want to go. Actually, the beach is only ten minutes away...at least the way I drive.
This lot is located on Martin Commons. The lot is five acres with three acres for building. Front view faces South. There is a small l Home Owners Association fee. Fees, per their association President, are about $100 a year. The neighborhood is quiet and has bridle paths on each side of the road that goes through the community. My owner is highly motivated.
