Thanks for all the feedback

As a newer agent, I spend a fair amount of time trying different approaches.  It is crucial to get good feedback from those with more experience.  I am very impressed with the fact that almost instantly I had a number of posts in regards to my web questions.  I've done a little research on that, but had quite a few suggestions, I had not heard of or had not thought about researching.  So thank you very much for taking the time to help.  Hope you have a great week with many closings and contracts.
