In fact, you may be skimming through this post before you head out the door, or you maybe reading it on your smartphone on your commute home, standing in line at the grocery store or while waiting for your showing appointment. No matter where you’re reading this, chances are you’ve had a busy week and it doesn’t seem to be getting any slower for the weekend.
Lucky for us, technology has caught up to our busy lifestyles and smartphones have allowed us to become for efficient in our daily lives. As Real Estate Virtual Assistants, we understand that finding the fastest and most effective way to work allows us to get more done for our clients and they love that they can count on a quick turnaround for any listing or project they give us!
One way we do this is through using Dropbox. This online tool allows us to easily get large files, photos and videos from clients or to send them completed projects such as Listing Presentations or listing brochures! We are huge fans of Dropbox and use this for tool for most of our clients, who’ve also come to love this efficient way to share large files.
So, it comes as no surprise that we were even more excited to learn that Dropbox now has apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry, plus they have a new mobile website! Our clients can now send us their listing files or view projects we’ve completed for them quickly and easily while they’re on the go!
