I think you did a great job! I'm curious, did you mean to center the back page? All the rest of the pages are not centered except the first page. I did not see one typo in the whole thing.
(Note: Now that I've looked again, maybe it was just the picture being off to the side on the last page that threw me off. I think you centered it on purpose.)
Lynda -- Yeah, I wanted to bookend the centering. The interior pages were all screwed up when I tried to center it...

Very nice, sir! Great point on the excessive paint - we showed a great home a couple of weeks ago and noticed a bit too much paint on a door frame. Turned out it was termite damage (house was treated) and they didn't want to replace the frame...so they slopped on the paint.
Emmary -- Thanks! I ran into that very thing when I was buying a couple years ago...Need to be sure to keep an eye open for everything and ALWAYS get an inspection done.
Great job Clint? Short and very much to the point. I like how you listed a topic and then gave a brief explanation. If I wanted to sell any more foreclosed homes I might offer to buy your presentation lOL
