Wow, They accepted our offer! We are going to be homeowners! So many times that is the beginning of a lifetime of joys and memories.  But, sometimes, unexpecting buyers and sellers are confronted with something so aweful, so unexpected that it turns a love story into a horror picture--the home inspectionin Waukesha County.  I am blessed as a realtor to have two super inspectors that I work with.  They take their job very seriously and are thorough, consciencious, but realistic with the buyers they serve.  They point out big and small issues but are careful to explain the difference.
