Good Morning AR friends. I really loved Amy's blog post today. Positive affirmations are part of my daily life. I hope that you enjoy them as well.
Does your mind wonder during the day? Do you have a hard time controlling which direction your thoughts are going? Our thoughts can take us in a million directions. How can we keep our thoughts uplifting and grounded?
There are many things we can do to keep our thoughts in check. The first one is acknowledging that they are there and trying to bring them back IN THE NOW as much as we can. Every day is a miracle worth living every moment is a miracle worth treasuring. A great way I stay balanced is to read positive uplifting books. I know that many people feel like they don’t have time to read or if they do it puts them right to sleep. For this very reason I love to listen to audio books while I am cleaning or doing laundry. In Arizona we have an online library where you can instantly download audio books to your mp3. It’s like instant gratification for free! One of my favorite authors I would recommend to anyone is Dr. Wayne Dyer. He will uplift and inspire you from the moment you start reading (or listening).
