Imagine your life without that crushing mortgage debt

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Louisville East (502) 664-7827

Behind on payments? Owe too much on your house? Can't afford commissions?

There is hope.

You have options.

You don't have to lose your house to the bank.

You can sell it for less than you owe.

The bank calls it a "short sale". They accept an amount short of what you owe.

In most cases your lender forgives the shortage and you don't have to pay it back. It is forgiven. Your lender puts it in writing.

This is real.

Your lender pays your closing costs and Realtor commissions.

Please call your lender and ask for the short sale department, they will confirm this.

Each year I save dozens of sellers from foreclosure and bankruptcy in Louisville, KY and surrounding counties.

Imagine rellief from your debt.

Imagine the stress relief.

Imagine sleeping better.

Please call me. I can help you. I want to help you.

You deserve the peace and quiet.

Please call me. I will answer all your question and will address all your concerns and fear of the unknown.

Please call me. 7 days a week, any time of day and night. My personal cell phone is (502) 664-7827.

Dave, never say "it doesn't cost you anything" because that is misleading.  Granted the commission is paid but it is tacked onto the outstanding debt of the homeowner and in most cases is forgiven.
